June 2 update

Dear Cornerstone,

I am excited to announce that we will resume corporate worship
this Sunday, June 7, at 4 pm! In order to worship together safely and responsibly and follow the Governor's guidelines for places of worship, we have made changes to the service, which are outlined below.

1. Location
Since multiple studies have shown that gathering outside is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19, service will take place at the Pavilion.

2. Seating & Spacing
To prevent multiple people touching the same surfaces and minimize set-up and clean-up, please bring your own lawn chair(s) for your family. Even though we will be outside, we still need to maintain distance. There will be chalk gridlines on the Pavilion floor; please keep 6ft. (3 squares) of distance between your family and others.

3. Masks
Per the Governor's guidelines, everyone over the age of 10 will be required to wear a mask for the entire service.

4. Order of Service
On Saturday, we will email you the order of service just like we have the morning prayer. Be prepared to view the service on your phone or bring a printout with you. We will not have printed booklets available.

5. Children
Per the Governor's guidelines, there will be no Cornerstone KIDS classes. However, there will be activity bags available for your children to pick up when they arrive.

6. Communion
Pre-packaged communion elements will be available for you to pick up at the entrance to the Pavilion. We will take communion together from our seats during the service.

A WORD OF CAUTION: Please don't come to service if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (fever of 100.4ºF or greater in the last two days, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat or loss of taste or smell) or have been around someone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

If you are 65 or older, have chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, lung disease or others, or a compromised immune system, we encourage you to carefully consider whether you attend service this week or not.

I look forward to worshiping with you this Sunday!

Grace and peace,

Ryan
